This proposal is to fund a Secret wallet secret1krdgnerg3wfpza5h0twmsm2wgkeh27qwrvh5pl under temporary custody of Ertemann for the community with 5000 SCRT. The SCRT will be used to incentivize the SCRT-USK pair on https://bow.kujira.app/ hereby matching the incentives in KUJI put forward by the Kujira team (5000 KUJI). The SCRT incentives will be put into the pool within 24h after the closing of this proposal for the period starting then ending 31st of January.
