The rate for the swap is 1 ENG burned = 1 SCRT.

NOTES: 1) The token swap can be turned off in case of emergency but changes to parameters such as rate and multisig approve address require a new proposal. 2) The Swap Team will maintain the token swap until the end of 2020.
