Cost is 5,800 SCRT per month. 1875 SCRT for Global Agents, 1400 SCRT for Global Agent Coordinators, 1400 SCRT for two committee leads (Jeremy Schipper & Dalton Tanner), 625 for discretionary spending for translations, and 500 SCRT for Secure Secrets serving as committee advisor, program contributor, and verified reputable escrow for the program. Note: this proposal is part of a group of committees that are serving as a prototype for the potential full transition of other committees to on-chain funding as a source of funds. As such, the program is earmarked for 3 months of funding immediately (17,400 SCRT).
