Signaling Proposal: Reduce Validator Fees

Summary: I propose all validators on Secret Network reduce their fees in .secretd/config/app.toml to 0.0125uscrt from the default of 0.25uscrt. This will lead to cheaper transactions for all users.

This proposal is NON BINDING, meaning every validator will need to voluntarily and manually update their fees to the new gas price.
