Education funding proposal Jun-Aug

This proposal is for the on-chain funding period 01 jun 2022 - 31 Aug 2022. Purpose of the Education Committee The Education Committee exists to create, update, and manage educational content to accelerate the use and adoption of Secret Network. We work closely with other committees to ensure our output is relevant and supports their and the overarching Secret Network goals. Following the Governance call on 25 may 2022 the community got a clear indication that the Education committee will be moving back to the foundation. We will work this period to establish that goal and move our budget from the community pool to the SF at the end of this funding period. Any discretionary funds left after this funding period will be used in the period thereafter by funding the Secret Agency DAO or will be returned to the community pool/burned, this is TBD by Governance on the Committee to SF transfer
